We only ship outside the USA for our international customers. If you are ordering from within the USA, your order must be shipped to your address in the USA.
International Shipping.
Shipping costs can only be determined once an order is placed. All shipping is calculated by the size of the package and the total weight.
For most orders we ship via the postal service using Global Priority or Global Express mail. If you are an international customer (including Canada), please place your order on the website using the following method.
1. Register on the website giving a complete shipping address. Place your order by adding items to the shopping cart. When your order is complete, click on "View Cart" or "My Cart" in the upper right hand corner of the page. Because you are outside the USA, there are no shipping options at this point. Select your method of payment. If you use your credit card, you will not be charged unless you accept the shipping quote that will be emailed to you. You may also chose "Phone Order" or "Fax Order" as a payment method and submit your order without a credit card. PayPal is available for international customers only after you have accepted a shipping quote. If you want to pay with PayPal, use "Phone Order" when cashing out.
Once we receive your order, we will pack and weigh the order and email you a shipping quote. We will charge your credit card ONLY if you accept the shipping quote by reply email. If you have chosen "Phone Order or Fax Order" you can call us or fax us your credit card information. Alternatively, we can email you a PayPal invoice once you have accepted the shipping quote.
We do not process any international orders on Saturday, Sunday or Monday. If you place an order, it can take 3-5 business days before you receive shipping quotes. We have to pack, weigh, measure and submit your package information to shippers and wait for replies before emailing you. Please be patient-getting shipping quotes takes time!
Once you receive your shipping quotes via email, you have 48 hours to respond to us. If we do not hear back from you, your order will be canceled and items put back in stock.
If you would like an idea of USPS shipping rates (postal rates), please visit the USPS website. Choose your country and estimate the weight of your order and the site will calculate several shipping options for you.
We do add a handling fee of $7.50 to all international orders for completing customs paperwork and delivery of your package to the post office. Any additions or deletions to your order, once it is packed and a quote has been emailed to you, will result in a $5.00 additional charge per occurrence. Additions or deletions require us to repack your order and bring it back to the post office for a shipping quote.
Customers are responsible for all duty and import fees over and above the shipping costs.
We sometimes require international customers to fax us a copy of the front and back of their credit card along with the top portion of their credit card statement showing the name, account number and billing address. You will be asked if this is necessary, depending on the size or your order and the country we are shipping to. Orders will only be shipped to the billing address of the credit card.
We cannot send orders marked as a "Gift" to foreign countries. It is against US Postal regulations and we will not jeopardize our business.
