Chocolate, Natural Flavor Blend 4 ounces by Silver Cloud. The Chocolate, Natural Flavor Blend has a rich, creamy, dark chocolate flavor. It can be used in beverages, baked goods, ice cream and confectionery products. If you are a chocolate lover, you are going to love having this concentrated bake and freeze-proof flavor in your pantry. This flavor is strong and is nothing like the weak chocolate or cocoa extracts typically available. Like most of Silver Cloud's extracts and flavors, this product is gluten-free. Silver Cloud's Chocolate, Natural Flavor Blend contains: propylene glycol, natural flavor, water and triacetin (a food grade solvent and emulsifer). Two teaspoons is enough to flavor 5 gallons of chocolate ice cream containing cocoa powder.

Lavender Extract Pure, 4 ounces by Silver Cloud. The Pure Lavender Extract contains alcohol, water and the finest pure oil lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) imported from France. This extract is incredibly versatile and can be used in both sweet and savory cooking applications. Like all of Silver Cloud's extracts and flavors, it is gluten-free. Add a small amount of our Pure Lavender Extract to lemonade, tea, chocolate cake, brownies, frosting, fruit salad, ice cream and sorbet. Lavender, both the herb and the extract, can be used to replace rosemary in sauces and salad dressings. It has more of an herbal than a floral flavor. The Pure Lemon Extract can be used in baking, cooking, beverages and ice cream. You can also use this extract to replace lemon zest (1/2 teaspoon extract = 2 teaspoons of zest) in any recipe. 3 Vanilla Beans by Silver Cloud in a sealed pouch. Beans are approximately 7 inches long. The vanilla beans are grown exclusively in the beautiful Nilgiri, or Blue Mountains of Southern India. The vanilla beans are high in natural vanillin; typically much higher than the beans grown in Madagascar, Papua New Guinea or Tahiti. Vanillin, gives vanilla much (but not all) of its characterizing flavor and aroma. All the beans are "premium" or "prime quality". Only the very finest beans, which are long, have no visible defects, are mahogany in color and an oily appearance, are graded as “premium” or ”prime quality".

Almond Extract, Pure 4 ounces by Silver Cloud. The Pure Almond Extract contains water, alcohol and pure oil bitter almond. Like most Silver Cloud's extracts and flavors, the Pure Almond Extract is gluten-free. Not all pure almond extracts are the same.
