French Style Decorating Techniques DVD by Nicholas Lodge. This is an expanded program on the demonstration Nick presented at the 2005 ICES Convention in New Orleans, inspired by the French Quarter. Nick shows how to cover cake boards using a stencil to create the French style “toile” pattern and striped stencil for sides of cakes, making fleur-de-lis, Patchwork Cutter tulips and wired French tulips.
