Floral Vine Lace Silicone Lace Mat by Chef Alan Tetreault.

This lace design consists of a double row of roses framing a beautiful central dotted lace pattern.  The mat measures approximately 16 X 4-1/2 inches (40.65 cm X 11.4 cm).  The design area is approximately 15-1/4 x 3-5/8 inches (38.7 x 9.2 cm).

The mold is highly flexible and durable. Heat resistance is from -40 to 465 °F (-40 to 240 °C).  Durable, flexible, non-stick, food-quality silicone for easy removal!  FDA approved. This mold can be used with any number of confectionery lace products.. This lace CANNOT be molded using gumpaste, fondant or royal icing.
