Global Sugar Art Lace Droplets 3-D Silicone Lace Mat by Chef Alan Tetreault.

This mat makes a lovely border in a deep 3-D design and measures approximately 3-7/8 x 15-1/4 inches. 

The lace mat itself measures approximately 4-3/8 x 15-3/4 inches.  The mold is highly flexible and durable.   Heat resistance is from -40 to 465 °F (-40 to 240 °C). Flexible, food-quality silicone for easy removal!  FDA approved.

This mold can be used with any one of a number of confectionery lace products, including Sugar Dress and Cake Lace mixes. This lace CANNOT be molded using gumpaste, fondant or royal icing!!!<
