Mix two Premium White Cake Mixes by CK according to package instructions. Divide batter equally into five bowls. Add food coloring gel to each bowl until desired color is achieved. (We used Bright White, Electric Green, Electric Yellow, Orange and Super Black Soft Gel Paste ). Grease bottom and sides of 11 x 15 x 2 Inches Rectangle Cake Pan by Fat Daddio's with Pan Grease by CK. Place Batter Daddy Cake Batter Separator/Divider by Kimber Cakeware at three inch increments in pan. Fill each section with tinted batter. Gently remove dividers so that batter remains in distinct sections. Bake cake and allow it to cool completely.
Cutting the Cake
Using the Ultimate Cake Leveler by Wilton slice cooled cakes into 1/2 inch layers. Place cake layer on a flat surface. Press open end of Martellato Mini Push Pops into cake. Remove cake from push pop and set aside. Cut out cake circles in desired colors.
Filling the Pops
Fill a Kee-Seal 12 Inch disposable pastry bag fitted with Decorating Tip Round #12 by Wilton and Buttercream Icing by CK. Place a slice of cake in the push pop as the base and layer different color cake slices on top. After three cake slices pipe a layer of buttercream icing. Top with three additional cake slices. Finish with a piped swirl of buttercream icing. Sprinkle icing with your choice of nonpareils. (We used Orange, Yellow, Lavender and Green Nonpareils by CK, and Halloween Nonpareils by Wilton.) Top with Halloween Assortment 1 Royal Icing Decorations by GSA.
