Return Policy (Effective for all eligible products)

• Return Window: 30 days from purchase

• Condition: Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging

• Return Method: By mail only

• Return Shipping Cost: Customers are responsible for return shipping

• Refund Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7 business days after receipt and inspection

Exceptions

• Edible/food items cannot be returned for safety reasons

• Opened or used items are not eligible

• Damaged/defective/incorrect items will be replaced or refunded at no cost
