Global Sugar Art Small Butterfly Decor Silicone Lace Mat by Chef Alan Tetreault.

You can never have too many butterflies!  Six different butterfly designs ranging from approximately 1 x 1 inches to 1-1/4 x 1-1/2 inches.  There are three small floral elements and one leaf design, all less than an inch.

This small scale mat measures approximately 3-1/2 x 4-3/8 inches.  The mold is highly flexible and durable.   Heat resistance is from -40 to 465 °F (-40 to 240 °C). Flexible, food-quality silicone for easy removal!  FDA approved.

This mold can be used with any one of a number of confectionery lace products, including Sugar Dress and Cake Lace mixes. This lace CANNOT be molded using gumpaste, fondant or royal icing!!!<
