Global Sugar Art Fishnet Silicone Lace Mat by Chef Alan Tetreault.

This Fishnet is a large pattern, measuring 11-1/4 x 15-1/4 inches.  Each diamond is 1/2 x 1 inch.  Once made, the lace can be easily cut to fit your design needs.  All lace mats work very well as an impression mat too!

The mold is highly flexible and durable.  Heat resistance is from -40 to 465 °F (-40 to 240 °C). Flexible, non-stick, food-quality silicone for easy removal!  FDA approved. This mold can be used with any one of a number of confectionery lace products, including Martellato Sugar Dress and other Cake Lace mixes. This lace design CANNOT be molded using gumpaste, fondant or royal icing.
