Global Sugar Art Indian Mehndi Lace Mat by Chef Alan Tetreault.

This lace design features an intricate repeating curved design with tiny pentagon-shaped tiles and a feathery scalloped border.  It measures approximately 3-1/2 x 11 inches.  The mold is highly flexible and durable.  Heat resistance from -40 to 465 °F (-40 to 240 °C). Flexible, food-quality silicone for easy removal!  FDA approved.

This mold can be used with any one of a number of confectionery lace products, including Sugar Dress and Cake Lace mixes. This lace CANNOT be molded using gumpaste, fondant or royal icing!!!<
