Rose Lace Silicone Lace Mat by Chef Alan Tetreault.

This scalloped lace design consists of spring blossoms and leaves in a beautiful lace pattern.  The mat measures approximately 11-3/8 X 3-3/4 inches (28.9 cm X 9.53 cm).  The design area is approximately 11 x 3-3/8 inches (28 x 8.6 cm).

The mold is highly flexible and durable. Heat resistance is from -40 to 465 °F (-40 to 240 °C).  Durable, flexible, non-stick, food-quality silicone for easy removal!  Food use approved. This mold can be used with any number of confectionery lace products, including Sugar Dress by Martellato and Cake Lace. This lace CANNOT be molded using fondant, gumpaste or royal icing.
