Vertigo Spirals Silicone Lace Mat by Chef Alan Tetreault.

This large format lace mat (11-1/2 x 15-1/4 inches) has a new concept - 3-D spirals that dangle, and can be used as a border or individually.  As a border, they are attached to a 1/4 inch scalloped edge, and measure approximately either 1-5/8 x 14-5/8 inches or 2 x 14-5/8 inches.  The individual spirals measure approximately 1-1/4 x 1-1/4 inches and 1-3/4 x 1-3/4 inches.

This mat is highly flexible and durable. Heat resistance is from -40 to 465 °F (-40 to 240 °C). Flexible, non-stick, food-quality silicone for easy removal!  FDA approved. This mat can be used with any number of confectionery lace product.
