Fondust is an exciting hybrid powdered food color designed to release color with low moisture food products.  Color your fondant or gumpaste with rich and vibrant colors.  Fondust will not change the consistency or taste of your fondant or gumpaste like gel or liquid colors.  The 4 gram container will color approximately 2-1/4 pounds of fondant or gumpaste to a deep color.  They are also perfect for cookie dough, French macarons, buttercream icings, or royal icing.  This color is Food use approved, Canada Health approved and EU approved.
